Bigelow Hollow works as a training spot during outside of the warmer months when boat traffic begins to pick up. This is a decent freshwater site that has accommodations such as porta potty's at the parking lot and benches feet from the dive site where divers can prep their gear.

There is a long trail walk (5-6 minutes) to get to the dive site. It's best to use a cart suitable for trails if carrying the gear will be difficult for you.

Beware of heavy boat traffic during summer months

Parking:

non-metered parking; during the summer there is paid parking and it will be limited; Mashapaug Pond Boat launch is the recommended parking area.
