Neverfail Ledge

Manchester by the Sea

Neverfail Ledge is a cool dive site east of Kettle Island, known for its pink granite crevices that drop down to a sandy bottom. It's nice for divers at various levels as it's easy to stay at 30ft, or for those who want to get deeper there are depths down to 60ft. It's an open ocean dive so divers need to be familiar with navigation techniques in normal limited visibility conditions. Here you will find frilled anemones, loads of urchins, northern sea stars, forbes sea stars, blood stars, rock gunnels, flounder, lobster, jonah crabs, and so much more.

Current can be strong around changing tides, beware.
