Halfway Rock is a gorgeous dive site known for being halfway the distance between Gloucester and Boston, east of Marblehead. This dive site is a cool pinnacle with stunning formations of pink stone and large boulders covered with tons of life. Divers often come across lobsters, sea stars, muscles, Jonah crabs, green crabs, anemones, sea ravens, sculpin, nudibranchs and so much more.

Current can be strong around changing tides, beware.
