Paddock Rock (boat dive)

Manchester by the Sea

Paddock Rock is a gorgeous dive site known for its large walls and deep crevices teeming with all sorts of life. It's an advanced dive site due to the depths reaching 90ft, but it's also an open ocean dive so divers need to be quite familiar with navigation techniques in normal limited visibility conditions. Here you will find everything from deadman fingers covering huge walls, anemones (white, frilled and northern red), urchins, northern sea stars, forbes sea stars, blood stars, sea ravens, lobster, Jonah crabs, and so much more.

Current can be strong around changing tides, beware.
