Fort Wetherill

Fort Wetherill is a great spot for divers of all levels. There are two dive spots, plenty of parking and lots to see with a remarkably easy entrance/exit. As you can probably guess with the ease of the entrance and plenty of parking, this is a hot spot for divers and dive classes.

It's a popular spot for night dives given the easy-to-navigate cove and high chance of seeing squid. Some years divers will see an octopus or seahorse. During September and early October, divers will have a good chance of seeing tropical fish that have made their way up from the gulf stream.
